[TP | Inactivity Message for companies] Automated message for Still hiring

Context/background

Ask companies if they're still hiring to the job postings on TP.

Why are we doing this?
To keep the communication going on inside the platforms.

What needs to be done?

  • Create an automate message according to this text below

  • Automate it to send it 4 months after the job was posted for the "still hiring" and 2 weeks afterwards as a reminder that job post will be deactivated

  • Text Message for 4 months after the job was posted:
    Subject: Still hiring?
    Dear {representativeName},

A while ago you listed your vacant positions on our Talent Pool platform, we hope you connected with some interesting candidates! Now, we would like to know if you were able to find the right candidate. Please remember to let us know how many candidates you interviewed and whether you eventually hired a ReDI learner!

We automatically deactivate postings after 4 months, in case you are still hiring, please make sure to reactivate your listings. You can do this by logging into your account and selecting “re-activate”.

Thank you, @fortini! Does this mean we now have a decision about an expiration date for Job Listings related to ticket #500? I am a bit confused by the text of the e-mail in the ticket above and your comment here.

Hi, @katamatata , for now, it's the information that we can take into consideration. At least, until the job fair priorities tickets.
The ticket #500 is not prioritized by now, I suggest you to come back with those discussions later.

@fortini, I am sorry, but are we sure we want to send reminders to companies mentioning automatic deactivation (and reactivation) of their job postings if we have no deactivation feature implemented?

@katamatata, So I would suggest you to come up with this topic in the next weekly, so the team can discuss it better.
