Context/background

Ask companies if they have open job positions for TP.

Why are we doing this?
To keep the communication going on inside the platforms.

What needs to be done?

  • Create an automate message according to this text below
  • Automate it to send the message after 1 month if nothing has been posted.
  • Send the message every 6 weeks if nothing has been posted.

Text Message:
Subject: Do you have open job positions?
Dear {representativeName},

You registered for our ReDI Talent Pool, but you haven’t posted any jobs in a while.

We would like to inform you that a lot has changed since you have last been active. If you currently have open job positions that you would like to offer to ReDI talent, make sure to post them on our platform.

How to do this? Just log into your account on the ReDI Talent Pool.

And if you have any questions, we are happy to answer them.
