[TP | CON: Profile picture] Improvements on profile picture

Context/background

Actually users can't exclude their pictures in the Student profile and not having a profile picture seems like a unfinished profile.
There is also a request from Talent Success Team regarding not having a picture in CV and biases on recruiting.
The first suggestion was to have a ReDI logo instead of picture, but it won't look fine when the candidate download the cv as a pdf.
So this topic needs more discussion and will be planned after July.
