[CON/Mentor/Sign-up] Update 'Sign-up complete' e-mail and page for mentors

Context/background
Currently, we don't tell mentors about the importance of filling in their profile information before the onboarding call with the mentorship program manager. That's why now we have a large number of mentor profiles with incomplete information that got approved and are visible to mentees on the platform, which doesn't lead to them being selected for the mentee application.
What needs to be done?
- Update 'Sign-up complete' e-mail text for mentors:
Subject: Sign up complete!
Hi [Mentor's First Name],
Great news - you're officially signed up!
Your next step is to schedule a quick onboarding session. During this session, you'll get to meet our Mentorship Program Manager and dive deeper into how our mentorship program works. It's the final step before you can kick off your journey as a mentor!
While you're at it, please take a moment to log into your account and fill out your profile. This step is super important because it helps students get to know you better and understand how you can support them.
