[TP] Option to delete a photo in a CV builder.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some Job Seekers do not feel comfortable having their picture in CV builder.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. To implement a part called "Photo" in a "Select a section to edit your CV",

2. To make a dropdown there as for other parts.
Put there a question: Do you want to delete your picture from a CV?
If the Job Seeker clicks Yes, then we will remove a picture (and a placeholder) from CV.

Now, a downloaded CV without a photo - contains a placeholder. Placeholder should be also removed.

If there are other technical solutions to this (especially easier) - I am more than happy to discuss them.

I think this can all be simplified:

  • One single checkbox. Label says something like "Yo bro, show off your cool looks in a photo?"
  • Checked? Show placeholder / image that's uploaded
  • Unchecked? Show nothing
  • Applies both to the PDF preview and the actual PDF downloaded (obviously, they're always supposed to be identical and shouldn't diverge)

If that's easier to implement - let's do like that!
Do you see that checkbox as a separate part as I mentioned in my description or somewhere else?
The default behavior would be Photo ON.
Checking to see whether @ligiamxm 's involvement is needed
