[TP]: ReDI Winter Job Fair 2024 checkboxes

Context/background

For the ReDI job fairs in February 2024, the ReDI team will use the Talent Pool platform for participating jobseekers and companies/recruiters to create a profile and indicate whether they will participate. This will allow ReDI jobseekers to create a good profile in which they can present themselves to hiring companies. Participating companies can then use a filter when they browse for talents to specifically look for the jobseekers that will join the ReDI Job Fairs.

At the same time, participating companies can indicate which job listings they are hiring for at the event, so jobseekers can browse companies and filter for the ones they can interview for at the job fair.

This task should go live by the 6th of December.

What needs to be done?

Same approach as the last Job Fair.

Both jobseekers and companies should be able to indicate in their respective profiles whether they will participate in the ReDI Winter Job Fairs 2024. This could be done in the form of a check box in their profile reading the following:

In the Jobseeker profile:
I will attend the ReDI Winter Job Fair in Düsseldorf on 02/02/2024
I will attend the ReDI Winter Job Fair in Munich on 22/02/2024
(Jobseekers can't choose both options, they are allowed only to choose one)

In the Company profile:
My company will attend the ReDI Winter Job Fair in Düsseldorf on 02/02/2024
My company will attend the ReDI Winter Job Fair in Munich on 22/02/2024
(Companies can choose both options)

In the browsing section for both user types there should be a filter option added so that companies can look for participating jobseekers and jobseekers can search for job listings that they can interview for at the job fair:

There is an update here for us to remember:
The date for the job fair in Munich was shifted to July > The checkbox for it was hidden by the team.

We also renamed fields in Salesforce from "Munich 24 Winter Job Fair" into "Munich 24 Summer Job Fair".
