[TP: Profile cards]: Improve the design of Job Seekers cards

Context/background

Browsing pages of available job seekers on TP has become increasingly slow. One possible solution could be to update the card profiles.

This task might have resulted in:

• overall improve the design across both CON and TP
• get code-sharing benefits by having a single card used for mentors in CON and jobseekers in TP
• solve the issue of cutting profile pics in half on certain screen sizes

We divided the initial ticket (#681) into two parts: one for mentors and one for job seekers.
