[CON&TP]: Address the issue of using different email addresses for CON and TP.

Context/background

In various cases, our students have been using different email addresses when creating accounts in TP and CON. This has resulted in:

For Students:
Confusion arises as the instructions for them to use the same email address are unclear, leading to the continued use of different email addresses for both platforms.

For Team:
Multiple contacts with different email addresses in Salesforce for the same user require additional efforts to verify the correct one and facilitate the merging of duplicate records.

What needs to be done?

Implement a more effective method of instructing students to use the same email address for accounts on both platforms.
