[CON/TP Infrastructure/Salesforce]: ensure test data in partial sandbox

Context/background

Following a recent partial sandbox refresh, most CON/TP objects have no records, making realistic testing very hard.

What needs to be done?

Ensure partial sandbox has a sufficient amount of test data in form of real records across all CON/TP objects.

First consult/coordinate with Ghaid what is the best way to achieve this, then go about implementing the solution we find.
