Clean CAM code

Currently the code to producing the CAM plots are all in notebooks, this should be moved to python files and correctly refactored

In addition, now that #70 is complete, it should be possible t construct violin plots with the distribution etc.

Furthermore, it would be useful to separate addition features to view them as a box plot of importance.
