Hangar API support

I think it would be good to add support for Hangar by PaperMC. Their website already seems much nicer to browse than SpigotMC or Bukkit, and they also have plugins not found in any of the three sources currently available (Geyser, Floodgate), so you wouldn't have to hardcode those.

I feel like this could be an interesting idea, but it's fairly new so I am not sure if there might be issues with breaking changes.

PS: Sorry for the super late response, I've just been taking a break from pap for a bit.

Might try and get another maintainer on board, because I am not sure if I can continue maintaining pap. But summer's on the horizon, so who knows?
