Installation instructions missing pandas-citeproc

On Debian, sudo apt-get install pandoc does not suffice: you also need pandoc-citeproc.
On OSX, brew install pandoc does not suffice: you also need pandoc-citeproc.
Perhaps this should be in README.md?
