Change the field width in content type

Something is completely messed up with the form in content type ( where the content type name field is too long taking the full page width),
it is not clear that I need the user to actually selec from the available fields and/or create new ones, this message is not clear in this screen please consider re-organization. Also “Contentt” is misspelled, it should be names something totally different to avoid confusion, maybe “Body”
