Enable applications to multiple events within the same system

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Users keep have to re-making their accounts every time we have an event. This is unwieldy for data analysis, and inconvenient to the user.
Describe the solution you'd like
We should create different Events. Upon accessing the system, users would be able to select an Event to apply to. Functionality from then on out would be essentially the same.
Additional context
This might require a lot of restructuring as time goes on.
