Currently, masks come out super choppy because of how I'm using sharp's threshold function. It only returns a hard white or black pixel, no in-between values (which we need).

Not sure how to fix yet, but I've opened an issue on the sharp repo asking for help: lovell/sharp#696

Got my answer and posted the resolution.

This is fixed in 1974b17.
