Thanks for the report. I was also noticing this. Looks like nginx was giving out lots of (24: Too many open files) errors. So, I tried using some of these settings https://gist.github.com/v0lkan/90fcb83c86918732b894 and restarted nginx. It seems better? idk try it now 😄
