Italics not working

Good afternoon,

I am using Strut.io to build a presentation for uni that is due on Thursday.
I have just noticed that the italics in my reference list do not work. It shows italics in the design view, but in the presentation view there are no italics. The html does show text that should be italic, but it's not working in either Firefox or Chrome. As a result it's throwing out text to an additional line, as the italics are thinner than regular.

The above is my main concern if anyone is able to help by Thursday night that would be really great. The following are some other problems

I've noticed, but I can work around them myself.

My project is previewing as "Deck Title" despite being saved as a different name.

When I import video I can't move or resize it at all, it is where it is and that's it.

There is no option to insert audio.
