Add `ar://` for arweave sources in metadata

Current Behavior
We are now storing the perma URL along with arweave.net gateway.
Expected Behavior
We should only store ar://<id> in the metadata onchain and handle gateway vendors on client. We already have this for IPFS, we have to do the same for arweave URLs.
Note: Should sanitise old URLs after implementation.
