Transfer EOS with ledger out of fairy wallet problem

I hope somebody can help me. When I press sign transaction on the ledger it says;
Transaction Failed Net Usage is too high; 128 > 0
What can I do ?

I had a signing fail also. It might be a windows communication issue (if you are using windows). I turned off my VPN, anti-virus and firewall on my laptop. Rebooted it and tried the transaction again. It went through flawlessly. I can't believe you have to turn off your anti-virus so that Ledger Nano can sign a transaction!!
