Fairy Wallet says - Billed CPU Time (149 Us) Is Greater Than The Maximum Billable CPU Time For The Transaction (4 Us).
What should I do to fulfill the transfer ?

Hey Pammie, I've had this error for too long. Today was the first day I found any information that looks like it may have changed something. I delegated 10 EOS to CPU and the transaction was successful. In the past, I have tried to delegate 1 or 2 EOS and the transaction always failed. But with 10, it worked. Hopes this helps.

Use https://bloks.io/wallet/transfer . Had the same Problem and bloks.io solved it. Worked with my ledger nano
