realtime ws dydx orderbook occasionally loses price level, which doesn't track the orderbook correctly

Hey, I recently started using tardis orderbook tracking mechanism, and find it very impressive. When I use realtime ws dydx orderbook stream, it loses certain price levels on the orderbook, especially when the market is moving.

Tardis can handle the orderbook update precisely and correctly. That was my mistake not to tweak the params.
