Make Chianti optional again

@atharva-2001 XUVTOP is an env variable that points to the Chianti database(see installation guide). If XUVTOP is in the shell env carsus assumes you have the Chianti database downloaded and deployed. This should be optional.

So unset XUVTOP and make Carsus run, maybe throw a warning about not being able to use the chianti submodule.
