Add VALD parser

STARDIS needs more detailed atomic line data than any CARSUS-compatible databases have. It would be very useful to STARDIS if the atomic data could include lines from the Vienna Atomic Line Database (http://vald.astro.uu.se/). This is a common line database for stellar radiative transfer, and it looks like it contains the lines that STARDIS needs.
VALD data access is free but requires registration. @smithis7 do you have the access? I have registered myself but haven't received any response from them.

If you registered, you should get access to it. I do not have access; I think, however, it would be good that in addition to you, someone on the STARDIS and/or carsus team should get access as well -- I will bring it up at the STARDIS meeting today and keep you updated in the slack.
