Remove NixFile::Services

We're not working on lorri services anymore, but there are remnants of the beginnings of an implementation of it in the codebase.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to remove those remnants. Start with NixFile::Services, which is an enum value that is never produced in production, and go from there.
