Server stopping on refresh

When moving a cell, then pressing ctrl+f5 to refresh page, a dialog to leave page will appear. Press leave page and server will crash. This is possible due to the fact that it tries to save a notebook on refresh.

I don't seem to be getting this any more. Can anyone confirm as fixed?

I can't reproduce this problem.
