Doesn't Work for OS X?

Using Ruby 2.1.0 I can't seem to get this plugin to work on OS X Mavericks.

It did have some sort of warning:

WARN: Unresolved specs during Gem::Specification.reset:
      yajl-ruby (~> 1.0)
