When installing this plugin in phpBB3.3.0 you will get an error due to missing quotes in the settings.yaml:

`
arguments:

        - '@config'

        - '@log'

`

Quotes around @config and @log solves this issue.

Never mind, somehow I did have 1.0.0 RC1 but not the latest services.yml.
