Possibility of custom request/response header overriding (including custom headers, adding new header, deleting header, modifying header conditionally), including site-specific configurations. For example, you might be able to disable some cookies or to add some permanent cookies, or override the expire date of cookies. You could also add "DNT:1" header, or disable caching, etc. Possibly, it could be done using external program.
