Setup a demo for Sam and Tifa

I'm thinking of scraping a few reels, their comments and index them using kosh and feluda to demonstrate what's possible.

I discovered that Kosh is pretty robust and just works.
Feluda itself was straightforward to setup. I was able to get indexing workiing and the integration between kosh and feluda worked well too. Search on feluda was failing. Seemed to be an exception with the elasticsearch query
