The changelog in repo seems to have gotten out of date.
also with 2.x coming.. might be better to segment changelog to docs site?

I've fixed up the changelog and added a script to regenerate it. I looked at some other projects that generated git changelogs and they're not particularly suitable as I only really care about tags - any commits on master can be completely unrelated to anything functional in Tavern
