Won't open at all on windows

I tried putting the unzipped archive into N:\Videos\Movies\publish, but when I try to run the exe, it opens a cmd window, shows an obscure windows error for half a second, then closes. I am not sure what information I can provide when the window is open for a split second.

I am using windows 10, with radarr, lidarr, sonarr, emby and IIS.

Hmmmmm..... I've never seen this behavior.... Could you try with the latest release here and let me know if that works for you?
