No notification of failure

When adding a comment there is not notification if the comment hasn't been posted.
Appeared to happen because I hadn't logged in yet for the day.
Not sure if it would be too wasteful to be able to check and have a note on the UI that you aren't logged in yet, but at least some type of notification that the comment wasn't posted.
