Error 404 in Joomla 4.04

When enabling the plugin I get a 404 error.What could this be?

there is a file called htaccess.txt in your web root folder. rename it to .htaccess
enable URL rewrite in your Joomla configuration.
if things are still not OK, make sure apache rewrite module is loaded
