Rename runtime to lite

I never liked the import path diffhtml/runtime and before shipping a stable major version, this should be renamed. By renaming it to diffhtml/lite it emphasizes that it is a slimmer API surface and smaller filesize. The term runtime to someone not familiar with diffHTML is confusing and hard to explain.
