Look into diffhtml.org nginx configuration

Recently the diffhtml.org website has started to load extremely slowly. I've swapped over asset urls to use github.io, but that doesn't help the initial / request. Will need to dig into why diffhtml.org/core loads instantly, but diffhtml.org/ is lagged.
came here to say this. Loading any new page just times out. (don't read this as negative - I'm absolutely rocking diffhtml - thanks :-))
Sorry about the downtime @yatesco! Until it's fixed you can access the docs via: https://tbranyen.github.io/diffhtml. I verified the problem isn't with nginx. When searching the GitHub Pages settings, I noticed there is a section for verified domains. Since diffhtml.org isn't verified yet, it's possible that's what is causing the timeouts.
I'll update the thread if I make any progress.
I've opened a support ticket with GitHub to investigate why proxying is timing out.
I've switched back to self hosting for now. This fixes any issues loading the site.
