Refactor classes missing

Hi,

The gui can not be compiled due to missing classes from the package org.epochx.refactoring. Please, add them to this Git repository.

Hi David,

The GUI is still under development and there are more (bigger) problems than missing classes. My recommendation is to ignore the GUI package for now. We should have a first release of the GUI over summer.
