We have a really good checklist doc with a lot of great information. It would be great to see how this doc evolve to gather more information / unwritten rules about being a host:

In addition to the document itself, I've been starting to write emails to prospective hosts ahead of the meetings/during meeting planning. Happy to forward these to anyone who wants to move this forward.

The doc from the Reflector has now been merged. @samuelgoto Can you elaborate a bit more on what additional information you'd like to see included?
