Allow for users to choose Qt instead of Gtk+

Gtk+ doesn't let me customize my color scheme, Qt is much nicer. It would be cool if you could implement support for it.

Only Qt4 though, Qt5 is much uglier and has more bugs (especially DPI scaling).

I was thinking an optional Web UI would be even better. Users could create custom stylesheets and greasemonkey addons. They could also add a waifu, like CrystalDiskBenchmark.
