Media Group again

Greetings, I would like to bring up the media_group topic again.

I read your replies to other issues on this topic and came to the conclusion that you don't want to change the current look of Telegram applications because of backward compatibility and blah blah blah, I would do the same.

But you understand us too, gentlemen, to implement a bot working with media_group, you have to dance with such huge tambourines.

For example, to implement the timers that you suggested, will have to delay the processing of the event and wait <how many seconds? > 1? 2? 10? What if the internet on the server goes down and we wait 1 second? The framework will send 1-2 photos to the message handlers as media_group, and then 8 more will come, and now what to do? Send the rest of the photos?

Anyway, I hope for your discretion, because the current state of affairs is not good, I understand that in telegram clients it doesn't play any role and photos are just added to the group when uploaded. However, in bots, it plays a key role to get just the group and not 10 events with pics.
