Metadata for HISPID2 and HISPID1 are available but not the normative documents themselves

The version metadata include author and date information about the two previous versions of HISPID (versions 1 and 2), but I failed to find an access URL to their actual normative documents (if they exist). This is perhaps a moot point since it's HISPID3 that is said to be the actual ratified standard, but for the sake of completeness, the earlier versions should be archived. @peterdesmet
