Information for draft standards is incomplete

It wasn't clear to me the extent to which metadata for draft standards needs to be (or should be) made available. The draft standards in question are ABCDDNA and NCD. In the end, I decided to include metadata in the overall list of documents, but did not include the draft standards in the standards metadata nor are the draft standards documents linked to anything in the machine-readable metadata. I also gave up on finding or minting URIs for the authors, since many of them didn't have ORCID IDs, didn't respond to my requests, or didn't want to provide a well-known URI. That problem can be dealt with if and when they actually ever become standards.
