Wierd behavior when dispensing Passion Vines

When a Dispenser fails to place a Passion Vine because of there being no empty space in front of it, or the Dispenser is facing up or down, the Passion Vine item is dispensed 1 block higher than it should. (If the Dispenser is facing down, the item spawns inside the Dispenser, and if it is facing up, it spawns 2 blocks above the Dispenser)
