Game is completely unplayable with mod installed. Please fix, I would like to use this mod.

Alright so I went through and checked all my mods. At first I thought the incompatibility was with Regions Unexplored. Turns out, both atmospheric and regions unexplored were crashing for the same reason. Something in Reds Better Biomes is registered incorrectly, causing it to be incompatible with atmospheric.
