Passion Vines do not keep the correct "attachment" state when their "age" state increases

When a Passion Vine increases it's "age" state, it's "attachment" state can change to the incorrect state. The vine's attachment state will change to "middle" if it has another vine below it that also has the "middle" attachment state. Otherwise, it's attachment state will change to "bottom". (The vine will update to the right state upon receiving a block update).
