Please fix the Bluetooth data transfer issue on Android 13 devices.

I use the Jayps app on my Samsung device running Android 13. When the screen of my phone is turned off, the data displayed on my Pebble watch only lasts for a few seconds until I press the power button, after which it continues to display for a few more seconds. I have already allowed the Jayps app to run in the background, but it still doesn't work.

You're using the 3.0.0 apk? I had issues with the 3.1.0 beta
