The Brown Mushroom Stem block is dropping as Red Mushroom Stem.
Minecraft: 1.16.5
Forge: 36.0.1
Enhanced Mushrooms: 1.16.4-3.0.3

This is likely a datapack or a mod conflict issue, the loot tables seem to be correct on our end.
