i posted the note from my fiend Georg reagrding compilation of docfrac in DOS:

Hello ,

Roberto asked me to compile DocFrac for DOS which I did using DJGPP. I used the Linux source code and modified the Makefile a little bit. Since QT is not available for DOS I just did a command line version.

When I convert a html file (I used the Readme.html file in the DLLCom directory) to RTF I just get plain text as the result. Is there a way to get different fonts, text size, bold and italic in the resulting RTF document?
