scripts break airflow?

Hi,
currently running v2.0 of airflow.
Every time I ran airflow-db-cleanup.py it completely break my setup.
Any tips or tricks I might be missing?
What am I doing wrong?
Basically the webpage breaks and no longer startable, as well as the scheduler.
