Make sure that no links are problematic - should we link to intra at all?

No, not really. Intra has dual protection, IP whiteliting and Plone's auth system.

There should only be a need for a few intra links. I found that I required the VPN (and a plone account) to be able continue with parts of the onboarding process. Trivial things such as email signature or those details that have now been transferred to the handbook, e.g. tracking working hours

Yep, the idea is to move things that are not sensitive to Handbook, so yes, there will be even fewer links to Intra in the future.

Yes, it has IP whitelisting.
