1. .md doesn't link to profiles, just issues do. We can do it manually if we really want, though I don't think it's necessary - I just added it in the "who does what" doc.
2. I'll link from the blog to Handbook when it's public. If we update something, it'll be done in Handbook, not blog, so I think the primary doc should be on Handbook. Issue: #20

7. I wouldn't, it's not clear immediately to people who don't know about scrum what's it about.
